Hi my name is Jess and I own Nail Sanctuary! I am a licensed Nail Technician and have been doing nails since 2022! I specialize in; Natural nail health, Luminary Nail Systems, and Gel Extensions! I absolutely love nail art and am always open to doing something fun and creative! I can’t wait to help my clients with their natural nail journey! My goal is to make my clients feel beautiful and pampered! I look forward to seeing you soon!
CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations outside the 24 hr online cancellation timeframe of the scheduled appointment. If you are 5+ min late, I’ll send a message to ask how close you are. I’ll send a message at 15 min and you are receiving a classic service, the service will be shortened to accommodate other services that the tardiness may disturb. After 20 min, the appoint will be cancelled and the card on file will be charge 50% as per the cancellation policy. If you do not have card on file, the next time you book you will be charged the 50% of the missed service and 100% of the service you are receiving. **Basic services will be cancelled at 15 min and charged the cancellation fee as they cannot be shortened to accommodate time.**
